INCLUDED

• Inbound airport transfer (outbound transfer on request).

• Welcome drinks.

• Pool cleaning (daily) and house cleaning (3x per week).

• Towels and bed linen.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No smoking inside, no pets, no loud music, no parties, maximum 6 guests allowed.

• The use of electricity will be charged extra upon usage (7 baht per kilowatt).

• A deposit of US$ 500 will be charged at check in. You can use your favorite currency.

PAYMENT

• Invoice with 50% deposit payable within 30 days.

• Final remittance payable 2 weeks before arriving.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 50% refund until 1 month before arrival.

• No refund within one month before arrival.
